The saint on the obverse of the coin was Liborius of Le Mans. He lived from c. 348-397 and served as a bishop. He is the patron saint and archdiocese of Paderborn in Germany. He was said to have built numerous churches in the area and ordained many priests and church officials before his death.
Friedrich Wilhelm von Westphalen was the 7 year old son of Ludwig von Westphalen and the sister of Jenny von Westphalen. He likely would be forgotten over the course of time but his sister became the wife of Karl Marx, the German philosopher.
